These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and any related services provided by GRAY, a French EURL registered under SIREN 922 508 965, with registered office at 25 rue Rennequin, 75017 Paris, France ("Hackisition", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Publisher & hosting
The site is published by GRAY (details above), contact gary@hackisition.io. Publication director : Gary Cohen. The site is hosted by our cloud hosting provider, whose servers may be located within the European Union or in countries offering an adequate level of protection.
2. Services
Hackisition provides mobile app growth consulting, advisory and related services. The pages on this site are informational only and do not constitute a binding offer. The precise scope, deliverables, fees and duration of any engagement are defined exclusively in a separate signed Service Agreement between GRAY and the client, which prevails over any content on this site.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to :
- use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems;
- disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the site;
- copy, scrape, resell or commercially exploit any part of the site without consent.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, brand names, designs, code and structure — is the property of GRAY or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or reuse it without our prior written consent. "Hackisition" and associated marks may not be used without authorisation.
5. Private documents
Proposal and contract pages (e.g. /offer/[slug]?t=...) are private documents intended solely for their named recipient. Sharing such a link with third parties is at your own risk. We may revoke access to any proposal at any time.
6. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.
7. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, nor do we guarantee any specific business result (including CPI, ROAS, MRR, installs, conversion or any other KPI), which depend on factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability relating to any paid engagement is governed exclusively by the applicable signed Service Agreement.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRAY from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
